Thousands of years ago, good stories kept us alive, in everything from learning which berries to avoid to passing down sacred skills through the generations. Today, stories help us not only survive but also thrive, connecting us with those around us. In this workshop, at this uncertain term of isolation and disconnection, we will work on the basic elements of what makes a good story, and use these tools to improve the stories we tell, either verbally or through writing. A variety of genres will be explored, depending on the class's interest.
